For Whom

  • You live with health issues or chronic stress possibly with low energy, headaches or digestive issues through to complex chronic illnesses like autoimmune disease, chronic pain or are receiving cancer treatment and you are finding it hard to navigate. Maybe you have no exact diagnosis or treatment, or perhaps you are finding your medical treatment isn’t satisfactorily helping your symptoms.

 

  • The level of stress created from living with health issues is also problematic: the hamster wheel of frustration, disappointment, anxiety and unprocessed grief feels overwhelming and you feel alone with those feelings. It feels tiring and exasperating; I know because I have been through it myself.

 

  • Maybe you feel it’s time for you to explore a more holistic, human centred approach: working with your body to understand better what’s underneath the symptoms and how to find that ease you crave whilst creating greater ability to navigate your body and uncomfortable, invasive emotions.

All of my programmes have a 3 part process guiding you to a place of feeling

greater ability to feel wellness in your body and mind.

1. Awareness

Awareness and understanding of your body, emotions, and nervous system can open the door to greater ease and empowerment in your health. In our sessions, I’ll gently guide you through embodied practices that invite curiosity about what you’re experiencing—helping you notice sensations, symptoms and emotions with kindness, rather than getting swept up in anxious thoughts. Together, we’ll also explore the everyday patterns that shape how you feel, creating a safe space to discover new choices and lasting change (in person or online).

2. Connection

With connection to your lived experience, supportive resources, and enhanced connection to your Self (your most true you), we’ll create space for meaningful change using compassion and effective tools. I’ll guide you through practical approaches to ease physical symptoms, stress, and emotional dysregulation—helping you build resilience and confidence. Together, we’ll explore this process in live sessions (online or in person) in a safe, gentle way, with ongoing support available via WhatsApp and email for questions and guidance.

3. Integration

This is where the new experiential awareness filters through body and mind to bring about change. You also begin to bring the practices into your daily life and allow for meaningful change in ways that suit your needs. By learning to listen and respond to your body and mind—whether that means adjusting your diet, taking time to rest when stress builds, or using a somatic practice to help process an intense emotion—you begin to strengthen your mind-body connection and nurture your nervous system with supportive choices.

As well as 1-2-1 sessions I’ll provide guided audio practices for you to use at home, along with a journal & workbook* to help you reflect, track your progress, and notice the shifts that emerge. Integration is not about doing things perfectly—it’s about responding to yourself with compassion, making choices that feel right in the moment, and building resilience and empowerment as you move through your journey.
