A wonderful class! Truly looking forward to future sessions and learning more about embodiment. For years I've been wanting to get to know my body after (lung) transplant and today I am feeling this class series will be a great opportunity to do so.

I feel much more connected to my new organ; gained a lot of acceptance over my experiences. My window of tolerance has got so much wider & I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Thank you so much for putting these classes on Tina, and taking us through in such a sensitive & approachable way.

This class speaks to my physical and emotional experiences around my chronic condition, in ways other mind-body classes have not; an integration of key experiences.

Thank you Tina for your kind offer of helping us transplantees cope with the trauma. I have learnt the theory and practices to bring myself back into a balanced mood.

Tina takes a unique approach... combining breath work and movement in an intuitive and explorative way. Instead of following a defined and rigid set of postures, she encourages you to explore your own body and its movements in a way that enables you to learn how to listen to and relate to your body on a much deeper level. As a result, I have come to know my body and mind much better.

In better understanding the somatic approach I felt I found a way to address trauma and healing in a gentle way that works for me versus other approaches that I was too apprehensive to try.

I'm learning to feel my body in the smallest details. The work is always playful, never rigid, and Tina is supportive & careful on all levels. A body meditation and subtle training. A life changer for me!
