  • Drawing from Natural Nutrition (Barbara Wren), Somatic Therapy, Body-Mind Psychotherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts, embodied awareness and gentle movement, this process supports your whole system — your physiology, emotions, energy, and sense of self.

 

  • Across ten sessions, we move step by step from safety and awareness, into nourishment, resilience, emotional capacity, pacing, compassion, trauma release, and finally into deeper meaning and integration.

 

  • This journey doesn’t promise a cure. Instead, it offers something just as transformative: a way to understand your body’s language, regulate your nervous system, and create conditions where healing becomes possible.
